Where Strategy Meets Craft — A Glimpse at My Work

From startups to enterprise clients, I’ve had the opportunity to work with teams across industries — solving complex problems, simplifying user journeys, and elevating digital experiences.

Explore some of the brands I’ve collaborated with.

  • Healthcare (Analog Devices, Partners Healthcare, Brightsky): Designed HIPAA/FDA-compliant care applications optimizing clinical workflows and patient engagement.
  • Finance (Security Finance, BNY Mellon): Delivered secure, regulation-compliant banking platforms with streamlined user experiences.
  • Government (NYC DSS-HRA): Created accessible digital solutions improving usability and efficiency across public service platforms.
  • Telecom (Avaya, Sonus): Developed scalable UX frameworks and service management tools aligned with industry requirements.
  • E-commerce (Volkswagen, Electrolux): Crafted responsive, brand-aligned interfaces increasing customer engagement for global brands.
  • Technology/SaaS (Intel, Enagage2Excel, Presence, RedZone): Led UX architecture for enterprise platforms supporting manufacturing, employee engagement, and cloud solutions.

User Experience (UX) Process and Methodology

I strongly believe in the user-centered design process and always follow the design process for every project delivery.

1

User Research

Effective UX starts with user research. It helps answer the core questions: Who are we designing for? What problems do they face? In what context? I apply methods like user interviews, surveys, focus groups, card sorting, analytics, and competitive analysis to uncover insights that guide meaningful, user-centered solutions.

2

Design

Design Starts with User Insights. I begin by gathering user input to frame the business problem and identify design opportunities. Research insights are then distilled into personas, storyboards, task flows, and journey maps —guiding strategic, user-centered solutions.

3

Wireframing

Ideation:Turning Insights into Design. Once the "what" and "who" are clear, the fun begins—ideation. This stage allows me to explore design possibilities and see how concepts come to life. I start with quick wireframes to establish the information architecture (IA) and primary navigation , which will serve as the backbone of the product.

4

Prototype

Prototyping: Bringing Ideas to Life. A prototype is a functional version of a product, closely resembling the final design. It helps the UX team identify flaws before development. I use tools like Axure RP Pro, Adobe XD, Figma, and no-code/low-code platforms like Webflow and Framer for both high-fidelity and low-fidelity prototyping.

5

Testing

Testing Against Requirements. I validate the high-fidelity prototype through user testing to ensure it meets stakeholder goals. Focus areas include:
→ Requirements Check – Are the identified issues resolved?
→ Effort Evaluation – How much effort does the task require from users?
→ Error Evaluation – Can users complete tasks without mistakes?

6

Implementation and Launch

Beyond Launch Post-testing, the prototype moves to UAT before launch. UX efforts continue with tracking KPIs, refining features based on user feedback, monitoring trends, and benchmarking to ensure ongoing product improvement.
